When will I get my tracking number? +

You'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, usually within 1–3 business days of ordering.

I can't find my tracking email β€” what now? +

Check your spam and promotions folders first. If it's still missing, message us your order ID and we'll resend your tracking details.

My tracking hasn't updated in a while. +

Carrier scans can sometimes pause for a day or two in transit. If there's no movement for several business days, contact us and we'll check with the carrier.

How long does delivery take? +

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your region. See our Shipping Policy for details.

My order says delivered but I don't have it. +

Check around your delivery area and with neighbors first, then contact us within 7 days. See our Returns & Refund Policy for how we handle missing items.
