π Ordering & account
How do I place an order? +
Browse our shop, add the e-bike, e-moto, or accessory you want to your cart, and complete checkout. You'll get an order confirmation by email right away.
Can I buy in person at your store? +
Yes! Visit us at 122 W Broadway Unit #C, Anaheim, CA 92805 during business hours to shop in person and get expert advice. In-store pickup is also available for online orders.
Will I get an order confirmation? +
Yes β as soon as you place your order, we email you a confirmation with your order summary. If you don't see it, check your spam or promotions folder.
Can I change or cancel my order? +
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can cancel it and issue a full refund. Once it's shipped, the standard 30-day return process applies.
π Shipping & delivery
How much does shipping cost? +
Shipping is a flat $353 to any address in the United States, confirmed at checkout before payment. In-store pickup at our Anaheim location is free.
How long will delivery take? +
Orders are processed within 1β3 business days and typically arrive within 3β7 business days, depending on your region. Alaska and Hawaii may take 7β10 days.
Which carriers do you use? +
We ship with UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The carrier depends on your location and order size, and your tracking email will show which one is handling your delivery.
Do you ship internationally? +
At this time we ship within the United States only, including all 50 states. We're not able to process international orders yet.
How do I track my order? +
You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships. Use it on our Track Your Order page or your carrier's website. You can also message us your order number anytime.
What if my order is delayed or missing? +
Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll open an investigation with the carrier. For confirmed lost shipments, we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept Apple Pay, Zelle, bank transfer, and Chime. After you place your order, we email you the details for whichever method you'd like to use.
When will I be charged? +
Orders are paid in full before shipping. After you order, we email payment instructions, and your order ships once the payment clears.
Is sales tax added at checkout? +
No β any applicable U.S. sales tax is already included in our listed prices, so there's no separate tax line. The price you see is the price you pay.
Is my payment information safe? +
We only send payment details from our official email or WhatsApp and never ask you to pay through an unrelated third party. If anything seems off, contact us before sending payment.
ποΈ Financing
Do you offer financing? +
Yes β we offer an interest-free plan: a 40% deposit up front, then 10% of the order total each month, paying off your balance in six months. Email us to apply.
How much is the deposit? +
The deposit is 40% of your order total, paid up front to start your plan. For example, on a $1,500 order the deposit is $600.
Is there any interest? +
No. Our plan is completely interest-free β you pay only the price of your ride, spread out over time.
How do I apply for financing? +
Just email us at info@ebikesplugg.com with the ride you're interested in. We'll confirm your plan and walk you through the next steps. See our Financing page for details.
β©οΈ Returns & refunds
What is your return policy? +
You have 30 days from delivery to return your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging with all parts included. We cover return shipping.
How do I start a return? +
Email or WhatsApp us within 30 days with your order number and reason. We'll confirm your return and email you a prepaid shipping label.
Who pays for return shipping? +
We do β return shipping is on us. We'll send you a prepaid label once your return is approved.
How long do refunds take? +
Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund your original payment method within 3β5 business days.
Can I exchange an item? +
Yes β contact us and we'll arrange an exchange for a different model, size, or color, subject to availability.
What if my item arrives damaged? +
Send us photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund right away, with return shipping covered.

Do your bikes come with a warranty? +
Yes β every ride is backed by a warranty, so you can buy with confidence. Contact us for the warranty details on a specific model.
Are bikes inspected before shipping? +
Yes. Every e-bike and e-moto is tested and inspected before it ships, so it arrives ready to ride.
What brands do you carry? +
We carry a large selection of trusted e-bike and e-moto brands. Browse our shop to see the full lineup, or ask us for a recommendation.
Do you service and repair bikes? +
Yes β we have in-house service and repairs. Our team services what we sell with real hands-on expertise. See our Service & Repairs page.
Can you help me choose the right ride? +
Absolutely. Message us about how and where you'll ride, and we'll recommend the best e-bike or e-moto for your needs and budget.
