Final Sale Policy (Please read before you buy online)

When you place an order with E-bikes Plug online you acknowledge that all purchases are final. We do not provide refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

  • If your tracking status shows “delivered” but your package is missing, you must file a claim directly with the carrier.
  • We are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered, and replacements/refunds will not be issued.

Chargeback Disputes

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

  • Permanent ban from ordering in the future
  • Dispute escalation with proof of fulfillment
  • Referral to collections for fraudulent activity

Sizing Responsibility

  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing mistakes.
  • All of our sizing is in ADULT sizing and not youth.
