🔍 Missing or lost items

If your tracking shows delivered but something's missing, or a package is delayed:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  • We'll open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
  • For confirmed lost shipments, we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

🏠 Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't reroute a package once it's with the carrier, and re-delivery for an incorrect address may incur extra cost.

  • Make sure your unit, apartment, or suite number is included.
  • Provide a reliable contact number for the carrier.
  • Let us know about gate codes or delivery instructions in advance.

📋 Order processing notes

A few things that affect when your order goes out:

  • Orders are processed Tuesday–Saturday; Mondays and holidays aren't counted as business days.
  • Orders placed late in the day are processed the next business day.
  • In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days; we'll notify you of any delay.
  • Local pickup is available at our Anaheim store during business hours.

Shipping FAQ

How much does shipping cost? +

Shipping is a flat $353 to any address in the United States, confirmed at checkout before payment. In-store pickup at our Anaheim location is free.

Which carrier will deliver my order? +

We ship with UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The carrier used depends on your location and the size of your order; your tracking email will show which one is handling your delivery.

How long will delivery take? +

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your region. Alaska and Hawaii may take 7–10 days.

How do I track my order? +

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Click the link for live updates, or log in to your account to view order history. You can also message us your order number anytime.

Do you ship internationally? +

At this time we ship within the United States only, including all 50 states. We're not able to process international orders yet.

What if my order is delayed or missing? +

Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll open an investigation with the carrier. For confirmed lost shipments, we'll arrange a replacement or refund per our Returns & Refund Policy.
