We ship your order
Once your payment clears, we prepare and ship your order and send you tracking by email.

- All prices are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD).
- Your order is charged in full before it ships — we don't ship on partial payment.
- Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout.
- You'll receive an order confirmation by email once your order is placed.
⏱️ Payment timing
- Payment instructions are emailed shortly after you place your order.
- Please complete payment promptly so we can reserve and ship your items.
- Orders ship only after payment has fully cleared.
- Unpaid orders may be cancelled after a reasonable period and the items released.

We will only ever send payment details from our official email, info@ebikesplugg.com, or confirm them through our official WhatsApp. If anything looks off, or you receive payment details from another source, please contact us before sending money. We'll never pressure you or ask you to pay through an unrelated third party.

Do you offer financing? +
