Get approval
We'll confirm your return and email you a prepaid return shipping label — return shipping is on us.
Ship it back
Pack the item unused, in its original packaging with all parts, attach the label, and drop it off.
Get refunded
Once we receive and inspect it, we refund your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Changed your mind? Return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund.

If tracking shows your order didn't arrive, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
