You agree to indemnify and hold harmless eBikesPlug and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any third-party claim — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

If any provision of these terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, that part is enforced to the fullest extent allowed and severed from the rest — and all remaining provisions stay valid and in effect.

These terms stay in effect until terminated by either you or us. You can end them any time by ceasing to use the site. If we believe you've failed to comply with any term, we may terminate the agreement without notice, and you'll remain responsible for any amounts owed up to that date.

If we don't enforce a right or provision, that's not a waiver of it. These terms, plus any policies posted on the site, make up the entire agreement between you and us and replace any earlier agreements or proposals.
